Are you an experienced Commercial Director eager for a fresh challenge? How about relocating to one of Europe’s thriving tech and construction hubs? Gleeds is looking for key players to join our expert project teams and lead the cost and procurement management of cutting-edge data centre construction projects across multiple locations.

As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll oversee the financial and contractual elements of high-value, mission-critical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget efficiency, and the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, driving value and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial and cost management within large-scale construction projects (data centre experience preferred but not essential).

• Relevant qualification in construction, quantity surveying or engineering

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Expertise in contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and financial control.

• A passion for delivering excellence and driving efficiency.

• Willingness to relocate and embrace a new challenge in a European city.
