Data and Transformation -  Our Data team specialise in creating meaningful connections between strategy, data and digital solutions. Its core mission is to elevate performance, highlight improvements based on data driven findings and empower decision makes with the necessary foresight to successfully deliver projects. 

In your role you will learn a wide range of skills and experiences such as  -

• Workflow automation
• Digital transformation 
• Power App/Tool development
• Language models
• Risk prediction and mitigation
• Stakeholder management
• Compliance and regulation standards
• Understanding of commercial, cost planning, procurement and project management 

You’ll be able to choose your own path at Gleeds, being able to work across the full spectrum of our varied service range, giving you a 360 exposure to a business that is a leader in many sectors. 

Our Apprenticeship Programme will provide you with the opportunity to study and obtain a BA or BSc Honours Degree whilst gaining hands on experience. This includes on the job learning, mentorship, professional reviews, a dedicated development team and all the tools and support needed to be successful in your career!

You will follow a relevant (integrated degree) Level 6 apprenticeship standard. This apprenticeship runs over five years and includes studying for a BA or BSc Honours degree.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will work towards qualifying to become a full member the relevant Chartered Body for the Profession. 

What you will need

• GCSEs, grades A*-C including Maths and English at (grade 4) and above or equivalent.
• 120 (UCAS) points from 2 or 3 A levels, or equivalent.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
• Good ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and passion to learn new technologies
