  • Location: Atlanta, GA

    Project Management, Project Controls and Strategic Advisory.

    We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to be dedicated to one of our key clients in the Atlanta, GA area.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for kicking off an initiative to improve the integration of asset data into Geographical Information Systems (GIS).  Key activities of this role include leading requirements gathering sessions, developing project scope(s), identifying resource needs, creating execute plan(s), monitoring and reporting progress and ensuring projects are executed within the established project parameters. 

    While this position will be in support of Geographical Information Systems integration projects, the successful candidate will have strong experience as Project Manager over linear EPC projects from scope development through closeout.  Knowledge of natural gas assets and construction, GIS from an end-user standpoint and/or software development are highly beneficial to this position.

    Role and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):

      • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, quality assurance and risk management.
      • Identify project objectives and develop execution strategies
      • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks that may arise.
      • Develop and manage communication plans with project stakeholders
      • Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders
      • Lead regular team meetings to drive project progress
      • Resource estimate development and refinement
      • Tracking project resource availability
      • Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
      • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports
  • About You

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of Project Management experience over engineering and construction projects with the linear construction industry with natural gas experience being advantageous. Strong communication and organizational skills is a must for this role. Candidates with prior exposure or knowledge of GIS technology would be highly advantageous.

    Candidates must have current US work authorization to work for any US employer without needed sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
