  • About The Role

  •  
    • Assist in conducting quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities by reviewing drawings and specification sheets.
    • Support in preparing and presenting order of cost estimates and developing cost plans.
    • Help in evaluating construction works and producing interim and final payment recommendations.
    • Assist in assessing and valuing changes and variations.
    • Ensure all costs and quantity records are organized and maintained.
    • Contribute to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customer requirements in accordance with business procedures.
    • Assist in assembling and contract documentation.

     

  • About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction methods and materials.
    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and logical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to think creatively and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and cost planning techniques.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
