  • Associate Director – Cost & Commercial Management

    Our head office located in Brisbane described as the thriving metropolis of Queensland, has experienced population growth by over 20% in the last decade and is expected to see similar growth over the next 15 years. This has led to an expanding property and construction sector which is expected to see commensurate growth over that period to satisfy the demands of the increasing population.

    The market expansion will see a continued need for housing, associated social infrastructure, manufacturing and logistics, together with the facilities required for the 2032 Olympics. This will see the city continue to be a vibrant and exciting location to live and to develop and expand a professional career.

    To support our continued progress as a well-established independent consultancy in the city, we are looking for an Associate Director with a cost & commercial background to join the team.

  • About You

  • What we are looking for our next Associate Director

    • Extensive experience in cost & commercial management as well as qualifications and professional memberships to underpin this
    • Confidence in meeting new clients and discussing difficult topics with existing clients to ensure they are provided with professional advice, not simply an answer.
    • Local expertise within the Brisbane market to truly understand the needs of our clients, a passion for being a part of the city’s development.
    • Demonstrable experience of managing teams, ensuring their development and growth is prioritised and delivered.
    • Ensuring projects are effectively managed and delivered to client’s satisfaction and all commercial aspects are covered.
