The Role
Are you ready to launch your career in project management?
As a Graduate Project Manager at Gleeds, you'll support the delivery of projects that shape communities, cities, and infrastructure across Spain and beyond. Working alongside experienced Project and Programme Managers, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing the skills needed to become a future industry leader. From your first day, you'll be involved in real projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
What does a Project Manager do? Our Project Managers oversee the entire construction and development process, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Project and Programme Managers in the successful delivery of projects
- Assisting with project administration and contract management
- Preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Ensuring project deliverables meet Gleeds' quality standards and procedures
- Supporting business development and bid submissions
- Maintaining accurate project and financial records
- Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
