This is a career defining opportunity for a well networked Data Centre professional to join as a senior member of Gleeds Arabia, responsible developing and growing the data centre business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and wider GCC.

 In this role, you will be responsible for securing and leading data centre PMC commissions, and be a senior member of the Gleeds leadership team, responsible for representing the company as an ambassador. Responsibility includes managing client relationships, developing new business, and expert delivery of whole project lifecycle PMC Consultancy services.

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

• 15+ years experience in project management  and / cost management consultancy
• 2+ years GCC project experience living
• Specialist knowledge of Data Centre sector both in the GCC and globally
• Extensive experience leading PMC and cost consultancy
• Track record of developing new business streams and winning new clients
• Ability to motivate others (including providing support and encouragement)
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments
• Proficient networker
• Demonstrable experience of interfacing with data centre clients and key stakeholders at the highest level

 Qualifications

• FRICS, MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent 
• Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Fluent English language
