Construction Project Planner

• High Rise residential tower project, 40 floors +

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare strategic programmes to identify, monitor and assess impact of key sequence, responsibilities, and key strategies
• Monitor and report against programmes at all stages of construction
• Establish sequence, durations, and methodology options for all stages of projects including design and procurement
• Produce resource programmes to demonstrate key inputs and outputs
• Responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path
• Develop and maintain scheduling procedures for assigned projects
• Able to review, evaluate and determine contractor claims

Key Experience

• 8+ years construction Planning / project controls
• 5+ years working for a professional consultancy
• Previous major High Rise residential tower project experience 40 floors +
• Proven experience in Primavera P6, with experience in Asta Powerproject and MSP
• EOT claims assessment experience  
• Experience of contractor programme analysis
• Strong Excel competence to produce dashboards & supporting data visualization to P6 programmes

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar / relevant discipline
• Professional qualifications and/or membership of the APM, RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute.
