Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development for East India market
• Generate new leads and convert opportunities for Project management / Cost Management consultancy services
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, corporates, consultants, designers, etc. to drive growth across real estate sectors to include Datacenters, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Workspace Interiors, Industrial, Retail, Residential, etc.
• Track upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and EOI opportunities
• Coordinate and support proposal, PQ, and tender submissions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM, pipeline reports, and market intelligence
• Coordinate internally with delivery and leadership teams

Qualification & Key Skills:

• 7–10 years of relevant BD experience in construction consultancy / PMC / real estate advisory 
• Strong East India market exposure, preferably West Bengal and North East
• Experience handling tenders, proposals, and PQ documentation
• Existing industry network with developers, consultants, etc. Relationships in government agencies will be added advantage
• Good communication skill written and verbal      
• Willingness to travel to other cities as required
