    Gleeds has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant, who wants to construct a career with purpose in a personable and professional environment. The successful candidate will be a integral part of the team, supporting in a number of ways including - 
    Key responsibilities include: 
    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for directors.
    • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents.
    • Organise board meetings, and maintain meeting minutes and action plans
    • Organise and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
    • Plan and support internal and external meetings, events, and executive briefings.
    • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables, providing reminders and status updates.
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or recommendations as needed.
    • Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and assisting with special projects.
  • Experience, Knowledge, and key skills:
    • 5 yrs + experience as an executive assistant
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
    • Confident communication skills
    • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
    • Experience working in a professional services organisation
