  • About this opportunity

    We are seeking talented colleagues to join a multidisciplinary Project Delivery & Controls Team supporting major nuclear-sector programmes in the Southwest of the United States. This single posting covers several key roles:

    • Scheduler

    • Cost Controller

    • Contract Manager

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    •  Support project planning, delivery, and reporting in line with nuclear regulatory standards.
    • Provide specialist input (schedule, cost, contract, procurement, risk, estimating, or PM) to maintain project performance and governance.

    • Identify issues, analyse impacts, and help drive corrective actions across the programme.

    • Contribute to a proactive safety and quality culture.

  • Who we’re looking for:

    Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

    • Nuclear or regulated industries (nuclear, defence, energy, infrastructure, aerospace, or similar).

    • Planning & Scheduling: Building and maintaining detailed project schedules (e.g., P6), progress measurement, and critical path analysis.

    • Cost Management & Estimating: Forecasting, cost control, earned value management, and development of robust estimates.

    • Contract & Commercial Management: Administering NEC/FIDIC or similar contracts, change management, claims, and supplier performance oversight.

    • Procurement & Supply Chain: Tendering, evaluating suppliers, contract award, and managing nuclear-qualified supply chains.

    • Risk Management: Developing risk registers, facilitating workshops, quantitative risk analysis, and mitigation planning.

    • Project Management: Leading multidisciplinary teams, prioritising safety and quality, and delivering against scope, cost, and schedule.

    • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and an ability to work effectively within diverse, high-performing teams.

    Qualifications

    • A relevant construction related degree.
