    Our business support team is recruiting for a Business Support Assistant to join our growing data centre team on a permanent basis to provide essential support to the sector. You will be providing administrative and organisational support to the team. The role ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly by managing schedules, communication and logistics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diary management of Regional Leads to ensure meeting and travel arrangements in place and aligned to priorities
    • Continuously monitor email inbox of Service Line Leads; delegate tasks where appropriate, action urgent requests identifying and communicating arising priorities. Electronic filing of email correspondence
    • Organising of team meetings
    • Monitoring People statistics on mandatory training, timesheets and chasing individuals on behalf of the Service Line Leads when appropriate.
    • Support with the preparation of presentations
    • Assist in the arrangements for Data Centre events
    • Book and arrange Director meetings
    • Reviewing and keeping team CV’s upto date
    • Collation of expenses for Service Line Leads and processing for approval and payment
    • Preparation of timesheets for Regional leads
    • Liaising with clients as necessary
    • Support operations team with adhoc admin duties
  • Key Skills and Experience required for this role:

    • Experience in a similar role is preferred
    • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Proficient in all other MS Office applications e.g., Outlook, SharePoint
    • A team player and effective communicator able to establish and maintain harmonious and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in high pressure situations.
    • Flexible, results driven and keen to take responsibility.
