The role
Ready to shape the future of project management? In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and Information Managers to support the implementation of digital information management practices in line with the ISO 19650 suite of standards and the UK BIM Framework. You’ll be part of a collaborative consultancy environment where innovation, learning, and professional development are at the heart of what we do.
Project & Information Management
Our information managers ensure that digital project data is well-structured, accessible, and compliant from design through to delivery. They support teams in managing models, documents, and data to drive collaboration and efficiency across construction projects.
- Data organisation: Setting up and maintaining Common Data Environments (CDEs) to manage project information.
- Digital workflows: Supporting structured processes for sharing, reviewing, and approving documents and models. Information compliance: Ensuring project data meets ISO 19650 standards and client requirements.
- Data analytics: Using tools like Excel and Power BI to track performance, compliance, and project insights.
- Collaboration support: Coordinating with consultants and contractors to manage 2D/3D information and support digital delivery.
Your role will encompass (but is not limited to) the following:
- Setting up and managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as SharePoint, Asite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Organising and maintaining digital project documentation, models, and structured file systems.
- Reviewing and coordinating 2D/3D information from consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
- Supporting data analytics and reporting using tools like Excel and Power BI to monitor compliance and performance.
- Assisting in the implementation of ISO 19650-compliant workflows and digital best practices across projects.
