As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll work alongside senior leaders in dynamic organisations, helping them define and deliver their strategic goals. From day one, you’ll be a valued team member, given real responsibility on live assignments – with all the support you need to succeed.

Your role will encompass (but is not limited to) the following:

• Supporting programme set-up, assurance, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Researching industry trends, peer benchmarks, and performance metrics
• Assisting with financial analysis, business planning, and strategic modelling
• Drafting client reports and facilitating workshops
• Managing assignment timelines and priorities to meet critical deadlines
• Contributing to risk management, controls, and assurance activities
• Progressing towards professional qualification while applying your learning in real-world settings

What we’re looking for :

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence with MS Office tools and a willingness to learn new systems
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
• Right to live and work in the UK
• A degree or masters (completed or completing by August 2026) in any discipline – including but not limited to construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, business, economics, STEM, law, geography, project management
