Deputy Cost Manager - MEP

Gleeds Egypt is looking for M&E Deputy Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager responsible for carrying out quantity surveying of different MEP trades on wider sector of construction projects from early cost advice to settlement of the final account.

• Assist in performing quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities by studying drawings and specification sheets.
• Support in preparing and presenting order of cost estimates and producing cost plans.
• Help in valuating construction works and preparing interim and final payment recommendations.
• Assist in valuing changes and variations.
• Ensure all cost and quantity records are streamlined and properly maintained.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customers’ requirements and comply with business procedures.
• Assist in assembling contract documentation.
• Support the team in advising on and implementing procurement strategies, risk management, and cost-saving measures.
• Assist in producing and presenting reports to clients.
