Job Description:
• Based out of site, responsible for leading the construction team for execution of project
delivery.
• Direct the Project Engineering team, Construction Managers (as applicable), and Assistant
Project Managers (APMs).
• Prepare and maintain the master construction program with inputs from the Construction
Manager and Project Coordinator.
• Drive and ensure timely achievement of all project milestones.
• Lead the project risk register and prepare risk mitigation plans for on-site risks.
• Ensure safe delivery of all critical works in collaboration with the Health & Safety Manager.
• Take ownership of construction delivery as per approved drawings, specifications, and
technical submittals.
• Monitor contractor work progress and verify alignment with approved timelines and cost
benchmarks.
• Verify that only authorized and approved works are executed at site.
• Oversee preparation and submission of Client reports, including weekly, monthly, and
executive reports.
• Ensure certification of contractor bills based on actual verified work in line with contract
terms.
• Lead labour and material requirement planning for construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and project-specific commitments (e.g.,
child labour avoidance).
• Maintain documentation in compliance with QMS SOPs.
• Support employee morale through attrition control and heartbeat monitoring initiatives.
• Control staffing by reducing / controlling attrition.
• Monitor employee engagement practices and levels, be the SPOC for all employee
engagement activities at site.
• Must have hands-on experience on MS Projects.
• Preferred to have basic experience in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal communication in English language is
preferred.
