• High Rise residential tower project, 40 floors +

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare strategic programmes to identify, monitor and assess impact of key sequence, responsibilities, and key strategies
• Monitor and report against programmes at all stages of construction, including the use of S-Curves, trend analysis, baselines, Critical Path analysis, etc.
• Establish sequence, durations, and methodology options for all stages of projects including design and procurement
• Produce resource programmes to demonstrate key inputs and outputs
• Responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path
• Ensure management understanding of network logic, Gantt, milestone lists, and resource information in the schedule
• Develop and maintain scheduling procedures for assigned programs
• Able to review, evaluate and determine contractor claims

Key Experience

• 5+ years within project controls with a focus on planning ideally within a consultancy
• Previous major High Rise residential tower project experience 40 floors +
• Proven experience in Primavera P6, with experience in Asta Powerproject and MSP beneficial
• Experience of contractor programme analysis to merge into master schedule
• Strong Excel competence to produce dashboards & supporting data visualization to P6 programmes

Qualifications

• Applicants should ideally be Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar / relevant discipline
• Professional qualifications and/or membership of the APM, RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute are desirable.
