About the opportunity

Senior Project Manager responsible for managing of construction projects, including new builds and reconstruction works.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting team leaders in delivering business objectives.
  • Management of employees and teams leading.
  • Positively engaging with Customers. Developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships.
  • Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements.
  • Managing projects and to delivering high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
  • Preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process.
  • Evaluating and reporting on tenders.
  • Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent.
  • Administration of projects.
  • Work with CDE.
  • Daily agenda on site.
  • Management of Technical Supervisors.
  • Producing and presenting reports to Customers.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the Business Units activities.
  • Scheduling
  • Managing services.

About You

Who we’re looking for:

  • Sound project management experience in the Czech Republic (minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in Construction).
  • Experience abroad is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Working knowledge of construction strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
  • Great knowledge and experience of project leading, including Time Schedules.
  • Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
  •  Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent problem and negotiating management skills.
  • Sound ICT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; potentially BIM and PoweBI.
  • Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily.
  • Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to lead teams.
  • Ability to travel (including international work trips) 
  • Czech - Native / Bilingual / C2. 
  • English level at least B2.
