    About this opportunity

    Support the execution of the talent acquisition strategy to attract the very best talent into Gleeds by supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partners with administrative duties when hiring talent. 
     
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Completing the onboarding process for new starters, this includes creating contracts and offers, completing right to work checks and responsible for checking all onboarding forms are completed correctly.
    • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting for UK and Global Acquisition team.
    • Managing HR systems and processes, this includes Open HR and our Applicant Tracking System (Eploy).
    • Eploy Administration ensuring the system is used effectively, kept up to date and runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Ensuring all candidate queries and requests are processed by monitoring the careers inbox.
    • Ensure company compliance and hiring guidelines are followed.
    • Ensuring 3rd party agencies are compliant and contracts are signed.
    • Keeping track of all referrals, ensuring all policies are up to date and referrals are carried out in a timely manner.
    • Processing Visas in line with immigration laws
    • Supporting the management of Early Careers recruitment campaigns at peak periods.
    • Administer/assist with delivery of psychometric tests as required.
    • Assisting with projects, which will include recruitment training, applicant tracking systems, new recruitment tools and processes.
    • General recruitment administration support as needed by the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Partners, which may include advertising roles and supporting with arranging interviews.
    • Ensuring Equal Opportunities and Employment legislation is followed and continually drive Diversity and Inclusion during the selection process.

    Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

    • Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in Recruitment or HR.
    • Excellent IT skills including experience of using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    • High Accuracy skills and attention to detail required.
    • Customer focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Work on your own initiative, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Confident to engage with stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
