Commercial Manager – Energy Sector (Nuclear)
Location: Bristol / Hinkley Point C (HPC) – 3 days on-site, with flexibility to work from home or local office. Travel, accommodation, and expenses covered.

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting the delivery of a major nuclear infrastructure programme – Hinkley Point C. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of large-scale professional services and construction contracts. You will also contribute to the development and operation of electronic contract management systems, while leading on contract administration, risk planning, and commercial strategy implementation.

Your day to day could sometimes involve:
- Managing contracts under NEC3 Options A, C, and E, including drafting and reviewing early warning notices, and assessing Compensation Events
- Preparing monthly commercial reports and updating project risk registers
- Carrying out contract administration duties, including valuations, payment certifications, and programme assessments
- Supporting procurement activities – from tender strategy and supplier engagement through to contract award and post-award performance monitoring
- Contributing to the development and operation of electronic contract management systems
- Identifying and managing commercial risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place
- Supporting supply chain performance reviews and negotiations
