We are currently recruiting a Resource Manager to support our UK operations, particularly within the Defence sector.

• Previous experience in resource management within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Proven experience on major construction projects; nuclear, civil engineering, or service contracting experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CEMAR is advantageous.
• HNC, HND, or degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Resource Management or Engineering).
• Membership or qualification from a recognised institute (e.g., APM, AcostE) is desirable and will be supported if not yet attained.
