About The Role

About this opportunity

Senior professional responsable for technical documentation of a large-scale data center construction project. This role ensures that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of projects.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain and update document control procedures and systems, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
  • Monitor document workflows and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on document control processes and systems.
  • Conduct regular revisions to ensure document control processes are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage document submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare and distribute document control reports to project teams and management.
  • Verify and check for standards compliance
  • Remaining in the remit of your role

About You

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

  • Proven experience in document control management within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and systems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of English (C1-C2). Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • National mobility
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or technical education in the construction-related field is highly desirable.
