  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Develop and manage the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
    • Manage inspections and tests on construction materials and workmanship.
    • Collaborate and advise on testing and verification of quality against the requirements.
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive system for document control related to quality.
    • Manage and organize quality records, reports, and documentation.
    • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
    • Identify and address in collaboration with others non-conformities and deficiencies in construction processes subcontractors.
    • Identify potential quality-related risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
    • Work with project teams to understand client expectations for quality.
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields; Post graduate degree is a plus.
    • 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
    • Professional certifications and affiliations will be considered for different positions where it complements the role’s responsibilities.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
    • Candidates must be residing in Giza our surrounding areas to ensure easy commuting to the site. 
    • Demonstratable leadership and problem-solving skills are mandatory to demonstrate.
