Assistant Cost Manager - MEP

Gleeds Egypt is looking for M&E Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager responsible for carrying out quantity surveying of different MEP trades on wider sector of construction projects from early cost advice to settlement of the final account.

• Assist in carrying out quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities through the review of drawings and specifications.
• Support the preparation and presentation of order-of-cost estimates and cost plans.
• Assist in the valuation of construction works, including interim and final payment recommendations.
• Contribute to the assessment and valuation of variations and change orders.
• Ensure cost and quantity records are accurately maintained and well-organized.
• Support the delivery of high-quality cost management services in line with client requirements and company procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and compilation of contract documentation.
• Provide support in procurement strategies, risk management, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and presenting reports to clients.
