    • 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
    • Technical Assistance and Support 
    • Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

    Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking, a highly skilled and customer-focused On-Site IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Provide on-site technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
      • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
      • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, either on-site or remotely.
      • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
      • Set up and configure new equipment and software for employees.
      • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and system backups.
      • Train end-users on basic IT functions and best practices.
      • Document support activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
      • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades and migrations.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT support services.
      • Working part of the Global IT team
  • Who we’re looking for:

    Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

      • 5+ years relevant IT support experience
      • 3+ years living and working in KSA
      • Transferable Iqama
      • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
      • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
      • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
      • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT systems.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
      • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
      • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed for system maintenance or emergencies.
