    Office location: Midtown, Atlanta
     
    Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Controls Invoice Analyst to join our Project Controls Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in reconciling project invoices and will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial 
    documentation related to project expenditures. This role is essential in supporting the financial integrity and success of our projects. 
     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Review and reconcile project invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms and project budgets. 
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in project billing and financial documentation. 
    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of project invoices. 
    • Assist in monitoring project financial records. 
    • Assist in providing necessary information for regular financial reports and presentations for management review. 
    • Assist in the coordination of project audits and compliance checks. 
    • Provide administrative support and assist in the development of financial processes and procedures within the Project Controls team.  
  • Who we’re looking for:

     

    Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, project controls or related financial role. 
    • Must have experience with invoice review, accounts payable / accounts receivable. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
    • Experience with Oracle and Unifier software and other financial systems is a plus. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
