Electrical Cost Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 
• 0 to 4 years post graduate demonstrable experience in different aspects of quantity surveying and construction methods and materials.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to think creatively and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and cost planning techniques.
• Working knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
• Be able to work as part of team.
