As our Data Centres team continues to expand, we’re seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in data centres to join our upcoming new projects in London.

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of data centre projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Working alongside industry-leading professionals, you’ll play a crucial role in managing key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to drive projects forward in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.

Working in this sector will also allow you to experience diverse working environments and broaden your professional network through global travel.

Your day to day will be varied depending on the project you are working on; this will keep you challenged and engaged in the work we deliver however some key responsibilities that will always remain constant are:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of data centre projects, from planning through to handover
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards
  
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimise M&E solutions
• Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless communication across all parties
• Mitigate risks and troubleshoot project challenges proactively

What we are looking for our next Senior Project Manager

• Relevant experience in Project Management experience in the Data Centre experience
• Experience with the full project lifecycle and evidence of completing projects from conception to handover
• Ideally HNC, HND or Degree qualified in Engineering or Construction, similar / relevant discipline, or in some case applicants with an alternative background may be considered.
• Professional qualifications and/or membership of the APM, RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute are desirable, and will be supported if not already attained.
