Project Controls Specialist

About this opportunity

• Develop and maintain a master program schedule in Primavera P6 and manage program budgets using Excel.
• Integrate project-level schedules and budgets into a cohesive program view, including milestones, dependencies, and risk factors.
• Conduct schedule and cost risk analysis; support mitigation planning with Program Managers.
• Standardize and generate cost and schedule reports tailored for various stakeholders, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Ensure data quality through regular schedule reviews, error tracking, and integration with existing project information systems.
• Coordinate closely with project teams and stakeholders to keep program data current and actionable.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

• Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle databases, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Natural Gas, Utility or pipeline projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
   

•  BA/BS in Project Management, Construction Management or related Engineering Field or equivalent industry experience
