About The Role

Location: Remote, preferably located in the Eastern or Central time zone of USA

Gleeds is an independent global Construction consultancy, specializing in Program and Project Management, Project Controls and Strategic Advisory. We are currently looking to identify an experienced Project Risk Manager, to support one of our key clients in the energy industry.

The Project Risk Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing project risk management activities, including, planning, development, implementation, execution, delivery and documentation of the project risk management policies, processes, and procedures.

Promote the importance of Project Risk Management and provide support in the development and delivery of risk information for project planning and execution, and facilitating the ongoing identification and recording of a project risk register and risk response plan throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities

Supports development and delivery of risk information for project planning and execution; includes conducting risk identification workshops and risk register development.

Support multiple projects with their risk assessment plans throughout the project life cycle

Provides support in the development of project risk management plans in both the feasibility/planning and delivery phases.

Assist in the identification and preparation of project risk register.

Support the Project Manager by providing project risk assessments and qualified/quantified risk analysis to be used for data-driven decision making and developing risk response strategies.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree, with minimum of eight (8) years of experience with implementing and managing project risks on construction projects. Experience in risk qualification/quantification and modeling software like Monte Carlo would be highly advantageous. Experience in linear infrastructure or utility projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP and/or PMI-RMP certification or equivalent.

Other Requirements
