Working on some fantastic projects our Bristol office is a hive of activity, Gleeds are looking for an Office Manager to come in and make ensure that the day to day running of this fantastic office is smooth and efficient. 


What will I be doing?

You will be the beating heart of the office, making sure things run smoothly from an administration, secretarial and also personal assistant hybrid role. Your responsibilities will include diary management, meeting bookings, accounts administration among many others.

Everyday will be different, you could be booking meetings, taking minutes or arranging transport one minute and then assisting with bid documents and fee proposals, reports or liaising with external suppliers the next. 

In a fast-paced role you will get plenty of opportunity to develop and grow within Gleeds and the possibilities are endless.

About You

What do I need to be successful?

If you have experience as a personal assistant (PA), secretary, office manager or general administrator then that would be very desirable but it is not essential to this role.

All we are looking for is a great attitude, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a keen eye for detail.

You will be a team player and work as part of a team, you will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc).
